How to draw simple straight hair on a SSMU teen base.

1. Set the outline you want. You don't need a tool for this one. Just draw the hair out how you want it, you'll clean it up in a moment. Make sure the hair is 2-3 pixels away from the head. You can make the line red or black to start out with, you can change the color when you're done.

2. Time to clean it up! Take away any unwanted pixels in the hair, and change it up a bit to make it more clean-looking. Also, remove the extra head area.

3. Choose your main haircolor, then take that and turn it into 5-6 different shades. Its' best to go from dark to light, depending on the color you want. You may add more shades if you want a more detailed look to the hair. I used a green color for her hair.

4. Time to shade! I do the SSMU-style type of shading for this, so I'm gonna show how to do that. You can also fix a few more lines if you want to when you do his.

You change the red/black outline to the main hair shade you wanted, then add one pixel of the 2nd darkest color to the bottom of the hair.
Take the 3rd shade and do the shading near the 1-pixel dots you draw.
Fill in the rest of the hair with the 4th color, but don't shade just yet.
Shade a portion of the hair with the 5th color, then put little dots on the shading with the 6th color.
You can change the shading a bit more after you are done to really make it look SSMU style.

5. Now you know how to make straight hair on ANY SSMU doll!

(I ADDED THE CENSORS TO THE LAST PART FOR 'MATURE' ISSUES)
